Today is World Kindness Day; a day dedicated to making the world a little kinder.
This year has been quite the year, and as we go into a winter of uncertainty kindness is more important than ever.
It can be difficult to know how to help people, especially when financially you might be struggling and we can’t see people in the flesh.
Lockdown has been tough for a lot of people, which is why spreading kindness is even more important than ever before.
So use today to help put a smile on someone’s face, and practice kindness to others and to yourself.
20 small acts of kindness
