5 podcasts you need to listen to for wellbeing : iPhone and bose headphones on bamboo tray with white bedding behind

I love podcasts. I find them entertaining, informative and fun. I’ve also found that listening to them when I’m travelling has improved my anxiety majorly. I just love them!

In the past 6 months, I’ve really gotten into health and wellbeing podcasts so today I thought I’d share my top 5 podcasts which will inspire you, motivate you and help you!

5 podcasts which will improve your wellbeing and outlook on life

Feel better, live more

Feel Better, Live More is a podcasts by Dr Chatterjee and it is one of the most interesting podcasts I’ve listened to.

He covers both physical and mental health and talks to leading health experts as well as interesting people related to health and wellbeing and works to debunk health myths and offer simple lifestyle hacks to help you feel better.

I have learnt so much from this podcast and have started to implement some of the things I’ve heard on this podcast.

I think that because we hear so many different types of health advice, to have an actual medical professional explain how and why things happen in your body and gives you simple steps to help you help yourself.

Happy Place

Fearne Cotton’s Happy Place podcast is what really got me hooked on them.

She interviews so many amazing and interesting people and they have really interesting discussions about mental health and life in general.

If you’re looking for something which is entertaining and informative, this is the podcast for you!

Practical Positivity

Practical Positivity is by The Joyful Coach aka Sophie Cliff who talks about all things joy and positivity.

I’ve been a massive fan of Sophie for a long time and her podcast is another obsession of mine.

Each episode aims to give you practical steps and advice to add more joy and positivity to your life and it’s bloody brilliant!

Deliciously Ella

I love how Deliciously Ella’s podcast looks at all aspects of health and wellness and she does a lot of focus on gut health and mental health which are two areas I’m always very interested in!

The podcast has experts come on and discuss aspects of health and wellness as well as offering inspiration on how to make sustainable changes to your life.

I think it’s such a thought provoking podcast and I find it so interesting.

The Lavendaire Lifestyle

I love Lavendaire’s youtube channel – it has a massive wellness focus to help you create your dream life.

If you’re into all things ‘woo’ then you will love this podcast as theirs a lot of episodes on things like crystals, moon magic and spirituality.

I really like the mindset of this podcast and how calm it makes me feel. Plus, the topics are actually really interesting and I love hearing about different approaches to life.

What podcasts are you loving at the moment? Let me know in the comments below!
